This website is run by Gym & Fitness Sverige AB, VAT number SE556702362601. The following terms and conditions are applied for the website and webshop. Please be aware that we may revise these without notice. By visiting our website and completing orders through the webbshop you’re engaging in our services in which you thereby agree to all terms and conditions.

By accessing or using our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our Website.

Product Information

We strive to ensure that our product information is accurate and complete. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content available on the Website are error-free, complete, or current.

Stock balances are continuously updated on the website. We reserve the right for possible balance errors. In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you via email.

Images on the website are for illustration purposes only. Please be aware that the colors of items displayed on the website depend on several factors, such as your monitor settings and the light in which the image was taken. You will find a description of each product in the web shop.

Supplements

Due to health reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of sold supplements. Other than that, The product should not be used by persons under the age of 18. Our supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. A consultation should be done with a physician before use if the cardholder has a serious medical condition or uses prescription medications.

Prices

VAT is included in all prices at our website. 

We reserve the right to update prices at any time, the customer always pays the price valid on the website at the time of purchase.

Order Processing

We will process your order within a reasonable time after receipt of your order. We will confirm the acceptance of your order by sending you an email. When ordering at xshapes.se you will get a confirmation email. The official confirmation of your order is made as soon as your order has left our warehouse. If you do not receive a confirmation email, if something is wrong with your order or in the case where you would like to change something in your order, please reach out to us as at [email protected]. soon as possible. 

To make an order at xshapes you need to be at least 18 years old or have a guardian’s consent. Payments are made via Svea Ekonomi and the following payment methods are offered: 

- Payment by card - Direct, via account or - Split payment

Your order is an offer from you to us to purchase the items in your shopping cart. After placing the order, you will receive an email with an order confirmation that we have received your order. Our official approval of your order takes place when the order is shipped from our warehouse. 

Payment

You can pay for your order using the methods specified on the Website. We will not charge your credit card or other payment method until we have accepted your order.

Shipping

We will ship your order to the address specified in your order. Shipping costs will be added to the price of your order and is calculated at checkout. The shipping fee is added to the total price and paid by the customer. The shipping fee is SEK 79/NOK 99/DKK 99/€ 9.90. Shipping times may vary and we do not guarantee that your order will be shipped on a specific day.

We always aim to ship your order as fast as possible. The delivery time is usually between 3-7 working days for domestic orders, international orders may take up to 10-15 working days. Please be aware that during periods of high sales and during holidays, it may take longer. Please note that we are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

Returns & exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition for a full refund, including tags and packaging. The product must not be used, damaged or soiled. For returns, a return shipping fee of SEK 79/NOK 99/DKK 99/€ 9.90 will be deducted from your final refund amount. Please note that the original shipping fee will not be refunded when you return your entire order.

The products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. We will not accept any returns with items being damaged by make-up and deodorant. 

In the case that you would like to exchange one or more products, the cost of the return label and shipping fees of the new item are covered by us, as we offer free exchanges! An item can be exchanged for any item on our website. All exchanges and returns will be handled in the order in which they arrive at our warehouse. We are not responsible for lost returns and always recommend saving the delivery receipt.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return, only exchange.

Complaints

In case you discover something wrong with your item, it is critical that you contact our customer as soon as possible. Keep in mind that a complaint must be made within a reasonable time from when the damage is discovered, which according to the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act is within two months. The damage must be due to a manufacturing defect and not a wear and tear damage. According to the law, you as a customer have the right to complain for 3 years after you have received your item as long as the fault can be attributed to the seller as a manufacturing fault. If your complaint is approved, your product will be replaced with a new or equivalent product. We always want to make creative solutions to make sure our customers are as satisfied as possible.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country of your residence.

Returns & Exchanges

In the case that you would like to exchange one or more products, the cost of the return label and shipping fees of the new item are covered by us, as we offer free exchanges! An item can be exchanged for any item on our website.

For returns, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your final refund amount as we do not cover return shipping costs. You always have the right to return your item. We have 30 days open purchase on all products.

Please note that all products returned must be in their original condition for a full refund, including tags and packaging. The product must not be used, damaged or soiled.
